The biggest bagels around by far. Good selection of bagel types. Pretty good flavor but a little drier than I like. Prices are fair. Pleasant staff. New, clean, bright, and organized store. A good option for your bagel fix.

For a place named "Hot Bagels" their bagels disappointed. While they were indeed hot and on the bigger side, they were mealy and kinda dry. Though their Everything Bagel had seeds on top AND bottom, their Onion Bagel only seemed to have onion on the outside and their Banana Nut Muffin only had nuts on the top and not the inside.
For bagel toppings, they offer lox, whitefish salad, and a lot of other options. Their yummy veggie cream cheese uses fresh bell peppers, carrots, and celery.
I was pretty happy with their thickly cut pork roll, egg, and cheese with ketchup and S&P on a bagel (a New Jersey fave). The moisture/grease from the ingredients helped.
This seems to be a good spot to have a super casual breakfast or lunch (they offer hot/cold sandwiches, wraps, and salads), but for bagels, better options exist half a mile away.

**Friendly service but they seemed unfamiliar with daily specials which might be because the venue's pretty new.

First time trying this new bagel spot. I got an everything bagel toasted with egg cheese hash brown and I will definitely be going back for more!

The bagels aren't bad but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Recently went in to pick up a phone order and one of the employees AND the manager/owner were rude and nasty. Will NEVER go back to this store again. Plenty of great bagel places in the area that actually know how to treat customers professionally.

Ive been coming to this location for 3 weeks and have had no problems with the food. Today i go to breakfast with ny mother and they decide to clean the floors woth a very heavey floor cleaner. The smell was so strong we immediately got a headache. When i brang uo the fact that they are using heavy cleaners while i was eating. I got a sholder shrug and a what do you want us to do about it. Really i want you to not ruin my breakfast with ckeaners. Never again will we come to this establishment. I am a big fan of shopping local and helping the mom and pop shops but come on. Treat yiur cystoners better next time.
